Bioabf\u00e4lle machen einen bedeutenden Anteil der kommunalen Abf\u00e4lle aus und stellen eine wertvolle Ressource in einer Kreislaufwirtschaft dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit dem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.innotec.de\/service\/informationsmaterial\/mieterinformationen\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1. Mai 2025<\/span><\/a><\/strong> schreibt die deutsche Gesetzgebung strengere Regeln f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t der gesammelten Bioabf\u00e4lle vor. Zum Beispiel ist der Anteil von Plastik oder anderen Fremdstoffen in Bioabf\u00e4llen stark begrenzt: Organische Abf\u00e4lle d\u00fcrfen nicht mehr als <strong>1 % Plastik<\/strong> enthalten, und bei bestimmten Abfallstr\u00f6men kann die Grenze sogar auf <strong>0,5 %<\/strong> sinken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch was ist eigentlich ein Bioabfall? Warum und wie sollte man ihn trennen? Und wie k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen ihre Bioabf\u00e4lle effizient verwalten und verwerten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Was-ist-Bioabfall?\">Was ist Bioabfall?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebensmittelabf\u00e4lle und andere biologisch abbaubare nat\u00fcrliche Abf\u00e4lle gelten als Bioabf\u00e4lle. Sie sind somit biologisch abbaubar, wenn sie durch die Wirkung von Mikroorganismen, die dieses organische Material als N\u00e4hrstoffe nutzen, in Kohlendioxid oder Methan, Wasser und Biomasse umgewandelt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bioabfall wird als nicht gef\u00e4hrlicher Abfall aufgelistet: Bei seiner Bewirtschaftung m\u00fcssen jedoch spezifische Verpflichtungen zur Vermeidung, Sortierung und Verwertung erf\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(235,245,255) 0%,rgb(237,245,255) 100%)\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Sie werden wie folgt kategorisiert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00fcchen- und Tischabf\u00e4lle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abf\u00e4lle aus Lebensmittelgesch\u00e4ften oder -m\u00e4rkten (von Obst- und Gem\u00fcsest\u00e4nden, Blumenl\u00e4den, Metzgereien und Fischgesch\u00e4ften).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gr\u00fcnabf\u00e4lle aus G\u00e4rten oder Parks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebrauchtes Speise\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Warum-sollte-man-Bioabfall-richtig-von-anderen-Abf\u00e4llen-trennen?\"><strong>Warum sollte man Bioabfall korrekt von anderen Abf\u00e4llen trennen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die herk\u00f6mmliche Behandlung von Bioabf\u00e4llen wie Deponierung, Verbrennung oder Vergraben hat erhebliche negative Auswirkungen auf unsere Umwelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Deponierung werden die Lebensmittelabf\u00e4lle vergoren, wodurch Methan in der Atmosph\u00e4re freigesetzt wird. Dieses Treibhausgas ist f\u00fcr die globale Erw\u00e4rmung 25-mal sch\u00e4dlicher als CO2. Es ist einer der Hauptverantwortlichen f\u00fcr die globale Erw\u00e4rmung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Verbrennung wird CO2 freigesetzt. Jedes Jahr werden eine Million Tonnen Bioabfall unter freiem Himmel verbrannt. Um Ihnen eine Vorstellung davon zu geben: 50 kg verbrannte Pflanzen sto\u00dfen so viele Feinstaubpartikel aus wie ein Dieselauto, das 13.000 km f\u00e4hrt. Au\u00dferdem ist das Verbrennen von organischen Abf\u00e4llen v\u00f6llig unn\u00f6tig. Da sie zu 60 bis 90 % aus Wasser bestehen, werden diese Abf\u00e4lle nicht energetisch verwertet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Deponierung von Bioabf\u00e4llen stellt eine Bedrohung f\u00fcr B\u00f6den und Gew\u00e4sser dar. Denn organische Ressourcen produzieren Restfl\u00fcssigkeiten, die als Sickerwasser bezeichnet werden. Diese entstehen durch das Versickern von Regenwasser und Wasser aus organischen Abf\u00e4llen. Diese meist unbehandelten Fl\u00fcssigkeiten enthalten Schadstoffe und Giftstoffe, die f\u00fcr Tiere und Pflanzen sch\u00e4dlich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Warum-sollte-man-sie-aussortieren?\"><strong>Warum sollte man sie aussortieren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die richtige Verwertung von Bioabf\u00e4llen bringt viele Vorteile f\u00fcr Mensch und Umwelt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:17% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"481\" height=\"444\" src=\"https:\/\/green-office.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/icone-sol.png\" alt=\"icone bodenschutz \" class=\"wp-image-4685 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/green-office.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/icone-sol.png 481w, https:\/\/green-office.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/icone-sol-300x277.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 481px) 100vw, 481px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Den Boden schonen<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit unseren Produktions- und Konsummustern, der intensiven Landwirtschaft und der Viehzucht wird die Erde st\u00e4ndig beansprucht, ohne dass sie jemals Zeit hat, sich zu regenerieren. Dies f\u00fchrt insbesondere dazu, dass der Boden arm an organischen Stoffen ist. Die Behandlung von Bioabf\u00e4llen durch Kompostierung oder Methanisierung erm\u00f6glicht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Den Boden zu erhalten und zu d\u00fcngen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Stabilit\u00e4t des Bodens zu st\u00e4rken und seine Porosit\u00e4t (Sicker- und Aufnahmef\u00e4higkeit?) zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wasser zur\u00fcckzuhalten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern, wodurch die Verwurzelung der Pflanzen gef\u00f6rdert wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch ist es nicht notwendig, synthetische D\u00fcngemittel zu verwenden.
